We all change our minds from time to time and we are happy to offer a full refund within 30 days of receipt (unless otherwise stated below) within the UK. Please note, customers in Northern Ireland, may incur a returns fee. We will advise you of any fees when you contact us to make a return.
Unless faulty we regret that used, opened or damaged items (unless advised as damaged on delivery) will not be accepted and returned to you. Please allow upto 7 days for inspection of returned goods and refund.
Unless damaged, you are responsible for all return postage costs and we recommend insuring as we cannot assume responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. Your statutory rights are not affected.
To arrange your return, please email a copy of your original receipt detailing the reason for return to: operations@strypestreetcycles.co.uk A member of the team will then contact you with a returns form and further instructions.
Please note that:
Item(s) can be tried on for sizing but not used. Please do not wear items next to the skin when trying on for hygiene reasons, shorts MUST be tried on with clean underwear
Item(s) must be returned with all original packaging intact and tags attached. Item(s) returned with incomplete or damaged packaging or missing or unattached tags may be returned
Item(s) returned without a returns form fully completed could delay the process of your return
Do not apply the returns label to the original packaging. Please use a box or parcel bag to package the itemrather than applying the label to the item's packaging
For health and safety reasons face masks cannot be returned for an exchange or refund
Please retain your proof of postage
If you pay for a delivery service, we will not refund the delivery cost unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item has been sent to you
In the case of partial returns where a discount was applied, we reserve the right to reduce this discount upto and including full RRP, deducting the difference from your refund
