Bike fitting is an evolutionary process.
Our bodies change in many ways over time. They can become less flexible as we age or through injury, stronger through cycling and strength training and as they adapt to a new position.
Follow up fits are a cost effective way of tracking these changes over time to ensure you are always riding in the best position for you.
These sessions can only be booked if you have had a bike fitting with us in the last 12 months, otherwise we ask that you book a full bike fit to allow us the time to get the foundations right.
